Platforms
ONE SHOOT. THREE PLATFORMS. THREE CUTS.
Cross-posting is not a strategy. Each platform has its own distribution logic and gets its own version.
In short
theWTK produces one shoot and cuts three versions: TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Each platform distributes differently, so each gets its own edit, cover and caption. Cross-posting the same file is not a strategy.
Platform
TikTok
Every diagnostic we use — the retention graph, first-hour reads, 3–5 version families — was developed on TikTok analytics. Most of our 11.7B views live here.

Platform
Instagram Reels
Reels distribution behaves differently: saves and shares outweigh raw completion, and the follower base matters more than on TikTok. We cut and caption accordingly.

Platform
YouTube Shorts
The single biggest platform result in our history came from YouTube Shorts — a video that also ran on TikTok and Reels. Shorts has the longest tail and the least competition from agencies.
