Method

WE DON’T GUESS. WE MEASURE FIRST.

Six years and 11.7 billion views distilled into a system any brand can be run through. This is what Tik-Talk™ means in practice.

Version-controlled since 2020
In short

TheWTK's method has four stages: study what the customer already watches, run a 90-day data phase testing many hooks and formats, diagnose each video with the TikTok retention graph and post 3–5 versions before killing a concept, then scale what the data proved. Posting time is not a variable.

v1
Study the market
Before a single concept, we study what your ideal customer already watches and shares in your category — not what competitors post. That baseline decides formats, tone and the first hook set.
Output → Output: audience map + hook shortlist
v2
90-day data phase
Months 1–3 are for gathering data. Many concepts, formats, hooks and content styles, produced in volume and posted as tests. We read every video in its first hour.
Output → Output: what actually works for you
v3
Diagnose with the retention graph
TikTok shows exactly where viewers leave. Steep drop in seconds 1–3: the hook failed. Cliff at 40%: the content lost them. Flat but small: distribution, not creative. Each shape gets a different fix.
Output → Output: a reason, not a guess
v4
Version before you kill
No concept is a flop until we've posted 3–5 versions, changing one variable each time. The concept that bombs on attempt one is often the biggest video on attempt four.
Output → Output: version families
v5
Mine the comments
A comment with 500 likes is a pre-validated brief. When the audience names what it wants, we make it that week. One recurring comment became a 15-video, 30M-view series.
Output → Output: a content calendar the audience wrote
v6
Go all in
Month 4 onward we stop exploring and scale what the data proved: more of the winning formats, more versions of the winning hooks, founder + creator mix locked.
Output → Output: compounding views
The diagnostic

The retention graph is a lie detector.

Every underperforming video tells you why in its first hour. We don’t wait 24 hours and call it dead — we read the curve and change one thing.

  • Drop in seconds 1–3 → hook failed. Recut the open, repost.
  • Cliff around 40% → content lost them. Restructure the middle or front-load the payoff.
  • Flat curve, low reach → distribution. Change caption, first frame or audio to shift the audience seed.
  • Same-second drop across videos → a specific moment triggers scepticism. Find it, remove it.

What we believe

Three things most agencies get wrong.

Belief 01
POSTING TIME DOESN’T MATTER.
The algorithm distributes on engagement signals, not the clock. If the content is right it finds its audience; if it’s wrong no timeslot saves it.

Belief 02
BRANDS FAIL BECAUSE THEY COPY.
By the time a format is recognisably “working” the audience has seen it. Familiar elements in an unseen configuration is the only thing that breaks through.

Belief 03
PROOF BEATS PROMISE.
Lifestyle content makes a promise. Use-case content in real conditions delivers proof. On a sceptical platform, proof converts.

Human-made, on record

Every video is human-made. We certify it.

Our founder also founded the Human Content Alliance, a nonprofit certification for human-made content. Nothing we publish for a client is AI-generated video. Real people, real products, a real studio — and a badge that says so.
