Watch Time Khatib Inc. (“theWTK”, “we”), 5010 Saint-Patrick Street, Suite 300, Montréal, Québec, Canada, operates thewtk.com. This policy describes what personal information we collect, why, and your rights under Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), PIPEDA and, where applicable, GDPR.

What we collect

• Information you submit through the qualifying form: name, business email, phone, and answers about your business. Used solely to evaluate and respond to your enquiry.
• Analytics data (Google Analytics, ZoomInfo WebSights) — only after you accept cookies. IP addresses are anonymised where the tool allows.
• Embedded content (TikTok, YouTube) may set their own cookies under their own policies when you interact with an embed.

Legal basis and consent

Form data is processed on the basis of your request. Analytics cookies load only with your explicit opt-in, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie policy page.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact unless a client relationship begins. Analytics data is retained per the provider’s default.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Form submissions are processed by Netlify (hosting). Analytics by Google and ZoomInfo. No other third parties.
