FAQ

THE QUESTIONS THAT STOP PEOPLE FROM APPLYING.

In short

TheWTK answers the questions prospects ask before applying: results appear inside the 90-day data phase, engagements run 30–120 videos a month, no paid media, no remote UGC, no AI-generated video, TikTok/Reels/Shorts, and French-language production for Québec brands.

The first 90 days are a data phase: we test many concepts, hooks and formats and read the retention graph on every video. Most brands see their first 1M+ video inside that window; the compounding starts in month four when we scale what the data proved.
We qualify on fit, not size. A Montréal boot retailer doing ~$100K a year became a 1.2B-view brand. What matters is a product people can watch and a willingness to run the 90-day test phase.
Cadence is 30–120 videos a month across in-studio shoot days, usually a founder/creator blend. Programs are scoped per brand; some include performance-linked terms. Apply and we tell you within 24 hours whether it’s a fit and what it would look like.
No. Every view in our portfolio is organic. Winning organic videos are built to be whitelisted and run as paid if you want — but we don’t manage media.
No. Every video is shot in our Montréal studio with our crew, on our cameras, with a director on set. Creators are directed talent working from our scripts.
No. Our founder also founded the Human Content Alliance, a nonprofit certification for human-made content. Nothing we publish for a client is AI-generated.
TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. One production, three separate cuts — cross-posting is not a strategy.
No. The algorithm distributes on engagement signals, not the clock. We’ve tested it across 50+ brands.
Not before 3–5 versions. Each version changes one variable based on where the retention graph drops. The concept that dies on attempt one is often the biggest video on attempt four.
Yes. We script and direct in spoken Québécois French as well as English, for Québec and Canadian brands.
Yes — beauty claims, health and public companies. Compliance flags are written into the scripts before the shoot, not discovered after.
